Schedule: Monday through Friday, 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM
Pay: $19.00 - $21.50 per hour depending on experience

About the Role: ... We are looking for a Commercial Baker to join a reputable company in Faribault, MN. In this role, you will be responsible for baking large quantities of goods in a fast-paced, manufacturing environment. Using industrial-sized ovens and equipment, you'll help produce 200+ baked items at a time, ensuring quality and consistency. Responsibilities:

Bake large quantities of goods (200+ items per batch) using industrial ovens and other equipment.Follow recipes and production schedules to ensure products meet quality and quantity standards.Monitor and adjust oven temperatures, baking times, and equipment settings for optimal results.Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following all food safety guidelines.Assist with the preparation of ingredients and setup of baking equipment.Assist with production planning, record keeping and reporting.Assist with ordering and receiving of all food and supplies.Ensure products are finished, and ready for distribution on time.Work collaboratively with the team to meet production goals.


Working hours: 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM

Skills:

High school graduate or GED, preferred.Strong passion and motivation to create great food.Reliable attendance.Possess safe knife handling skills.Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations; ability to follow procedures


Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:

Requires prior experience in high volume commercial baking.General baking knowledge of basic bakery and kitchen practices, protocols and procedures.Understanding of typical baking units of measure, accurately perform mathematics and recipe conversion calculations.Ability to read and follow recipes accurately.Ability to work safely with large volume baking equipment including but not limited to large quantity mixer, robot coupe, and convection ovens.Must be able to work with heat or high temperature.Ability to read recipes, write, understand, and speak Basic English to perform essential duties of the position and the ability to communicate with co-workers.
