Job Summary:
As a Baker/Opener at Dunkin’, you are responsible for baking and preparing a variety of bakery products to ensure the freshest quality for our guests. You will be the first to arrive at the store, preparing for the day’s operations and setting the tone for excellent service. This is a key role in our daily success.
Responsibilities:
Arrive early to begin daily baking and food prep dutiesBake and finish all bakery products including donuts, muffins, and bagels to company standardsMaintain cleanliness and organization of baking and kitchen areasEnsure all food safety and sanitation standards are metStock and prepare food items for peak business hoursAssist with opening the store, setting up front-of-house equipment, and preparing the store for customersMonitor inventory levels and communicate needs to managementFollow all recipes, portioning, and presentation guidelinesSupport team members during busy periods as neededQualifications:
Early riser with reliable transportation and punctualityAbility to work early morning shifts (start times as early as 1AM–3AM)Prior baking or food service experience preferred, but not requiredAble to follow directions, procedures, and safety protocolsStrong work ethic and attention to detailMust be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbsBenefits:
