A Baker is responsible for operating the bakery section of the kitchen to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while preparing high-quality baked goods and supporting daily production requirements.

What will I be doing?

As a Baker, you are responsible for operating the bakery section of the kitchen while working closely with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. A Baker will also be required to prepare a variety of breads and baked items while maintaining quality and consistency. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Assist in running the bakery section of the kitchenPrepare and bake a variety of breads, rolls, pastries, and other bakery productsEnsure excellent quality and consistency throughout all baked offeringsMonitor baking times, temperatures, and product presentation standardsSupport daily production requirements and mise en place preparationMaintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery sectionEnsure proper storage and handling of ingredients and baked goodsManage food cost controls and minimize wasteWhat are we looking for?
