baker, Empire State Building Reserve

Now Brewing – baker - Empire State Building Reserve®! #tobeapartner

From the beginning, Starbucks set out to be a different kind of company. One that not only celebrated coffee and the rich tradition, but that also brought a feeling of connection. We are known for developing extraordinary leaders who share this passion and are guided by their service to others.

Starbucks Reserve® brings the moments of customer connection to the next level by encouraging customers to interact with the Starbucks partners to deepen their understanding of the art behind sourcing, roasting and brewing rare coffees harvested around the globe. The Empire State Building continues to elevate what is possible within the four walls of a retail environment by offering multiple service models (quick serve, sit and stay, exploratory), space for private events, various food and beverage offerings throughout the space, craft cocktails all while creating a memorable experience for the customer.

The Starbucks Reserve® baker contributes to the success of the Starbucks Reserve® locations by leveraging culinary leadership and expertise to assemble high-quality food products for our customers. Crafting food offerings including salads, sandwiches, pastries, and pizzas from our Starbucks Reserve® Kitchens, a Starbucks Reserve® baker is responsible for food preparation, proofing of pastries and breads, and the assembly and baking of products. Partners are expected to demonstrate culinary leadership in a fast-paced environment. The incumbent is responsible for modeling and acting in accordance with Starbucks guiding principles.
