Starting Pay: $20.60 / Hour + Benefits + 401KSchedule: Monday-Friday / 0800-1600Allied Universal® is hiring a Corporate Security Badge Analyst. The Corporate Security Badge Analyst is primarily responsible for assisting client employees, contingent workers, and guests with navigating the client workplace environment, to ensure full compliance with all safety guidelines and badging protocols. Badge Analysts will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and becoming an integral part of shaping the employee and guest experience.RESPONSIBILITIES:Greet and direct all client employees and guestsProvide professional first impression to employees and guestsPartner with client internal and external teams to coordinate building access as appropriateLearn, utilize and maintain in-depth knowledge of the Lenel badging system and all badging processesEnsure that all complaints, questions, concerns, and suggestions, from associates or guests, are addressed and conducts a follow-up, if neededCultivate relationships with associates, to better understand their requirements and improve client's ability to address themProvide high touch support to associates in the workplace, specifically in lobbies and other high traffic areas; this includes, providing associates with tools, support and information about the building(s)Regularly assess space readiness; ensuring lobby areas are welcoming, safe and ready for occupancyEnsure complaints, questions, concerns, and suggestions, from associates and guests, are adequately addressedManage card access requests, approve, process and ship access cards to employees across the enterpriseCreate and assign badge access levelsCreate and disseminate badge audits, reports, and metricsPerform service troubleshooting and basic vendor coordination for service callsHandle invoicing, alarm permits, false alarm auditsManage response plansManage intrusion alarm system code requestsQUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE):High school diploma or equivalentPrior professional or educational (internship or volunteer) administrative or direct customer service experienceExcellent oral and written communication skills; able to correspond and interact with individuals at all levels in the organizationOrganizational skills; detail-oriented, self-starter, with exceptional organizational skillsProblem-solving skills; ability to act or respond, with minimal informationDemonstrate a high degree of integrity, accountability, character, and strong work ethicAbility to multitask and organize with competing demands for priorityPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE):Prior access control or security badging/identification system experienceBENEFITS:Medical, dental, vision, basic life, AD&D, and disability insuranceEnrollment in our company’s 401(k)plan, subject to eligibility requirementsEight paid holidays annually, five sick days, and four personal daysVacation time offered at an accrual rate of 3.08 hours biweekly.
