Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Issue, replace, and deactivate badges for employees, visitors, and contractors in accordance with company security policies and based on the needs of the client.Maintain accurate and updated records of badge distribution and access levels.Validate vendor access to client systems, ensuring proper justification and expiration dates.Serve as the first point of contact for all access-related questions and concerns.Provide a high-touch, professional experience for all stakeholders, ensuring compliance with site-specific protocols.Collaborate with internal project teams to maintain proper access permissions and resolve access issues promptly.Monitor systems for unauthorized access attempts and escalate issues per protocol.Support onboarding/offboarding procedures by coordinating badge activation/deactivation.Utilize access control software to update permissions and generate reports.Troubleshoot access system issues and security tickets when needed.Assist with audits and ensure compliance with regulatory and corporate access control standards.Communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including executives and external vendors.Support ad hoc requests based on client needs and evolving standards/procedures.KEY COMPETENCIES & EDUCATION:
3 years of relevant experience.
Ability to organize and prioritize simultaneous tasks. Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
Prior experience or familiarity with badging software/technology is a plus.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Strong communication skills with a proven track record of collaborating with internal/external stakeholders, coming to solutions that benefit all parties, and being a supportive partner to the business.
