Starting Salary: $52,000 / year with benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k, PTO, and life insurance.

Must have 3+ years of security or security systems experience. Candidates must have at least a high school diploma. Associate's degree preferred.

Allied Universal® is hiring a Badging Administrator. The Badging Administrator is primarily responsible for customer service support, facilities support, phone call service and trouble ticket resolution, and access management. The Badging Administrator will be working within a team of professionals in a fast-paced and complex environment to troubleshoot badging operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Evaluate and implement change management and best practices for the entire client access control policy, impacting up to C-suite level opticsInterpret and implement policy regarding the shrinkage of access-control items which has a substantial impact to client budget and costInvestigate and resolve issues of nefarious action found during badge audits; make recommendations to customer regarding process improvement and increased security measuresProvide direction to Officers regarding re-posturing of posts in emergency or exigent circumstances due to access control / business needsDesign access control quality assurance programs, select and compile training materials to design and implement a site/contract-specific training and development programReview and apply correction to security personnel’s reporting, review job performance, remove security personnel from their assignment in the event of access control violationsCreate, provision, and destroy access cards in accordance with client access control policyOrder, maintain, and audit departmental supplies to track usageLog work completed in client service desk, reconciling assigned ticketsWorking with cross functional teams to service client needsRoutine run the business tasks

QUALIFICATIONS:

High School diplomaMinimum of two (2) years of experience in badging, access control, security operations center, military TOC (or similar)Prior supervisory/management experience, ideally in a security rolePrevious experience in customer service or in an administrative positionExperience working with security access control as well as badging applications and/or software (Lenel)Ability to multitask, and remain cordial and professional in stressful situationsExcellent oral and written communication skills, phone etiquette and people skillsProactive problem-solving skillsAble to learn and apply standardized operating procedures to support issue resolutionProficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office SuiteAbility to read, write, and speak clearly in EnglishAble to type 35 words per minute with minimal error
