Support transportation operations by executing shipment planning, system updates, and logistics coordination using Oracle Transportation Management and Microsoft tools.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree preferred; equivalent experience accepted

Experience in transportation or supply chain

Transportation Management Systems (TMS) experience required; Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Project

Ability to build and release shipments through OTM and assign carriers

Bilingual English/Spanish a plus

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with logistics planning and process improvement techniques

Understanding of transportation cost management and on-time delivery optimization

Job Responsibilities:

Provide logistics and transportation planning for assigned locations

Build, release, and assign shipments through Oracle Transportation Management

Support Transportation Planners 2 and 3 with tasks and serve as backup when needed

Execute standard work and assist in transportation project initiatives

Contribute to continuous improvement efforts focused on cost reduction and service enhancements

Participate in long-range transportation planning and team priority setting

Pay Details: $17.00 to $21.00 per hour
