Kforce has a client that currently has a contract opportunity for a Backend Java Developer to lend specific subject matter knowledge around Java, Spring Boot, microservices, KafKa, and CI/CD. The candidate is required to be onsite 4 days per week in either San Leandro, CA or Charlotte, NC. Responsibilities: * Design, develop, and maintain backend services and applications using Java * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features * Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing applications and services * Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications through code reviews and testing
