BACK‑UP ADMIN COORDINATOR — DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Administrative Support
Provide back‑up support to the Administrative Coordinator during absences or peak workload periods.
Assist with daily store administrative functions, ensuring compliance with Company policies and procedures.
Maintain accurate records, logs, and required documentation.
Cash & Financial Controls
Support front‑end cash office operations, including:
Safe counts and reconciliations
Preparing tills and performing verified cash pickups
Assisting with cashier over/short investigations
Ensuring proper handling of checks, deposits, coupons, and gift cards
Ensure accuracy and security of all financial documents and transactions.
Scheduling & Timekeeping
Assist with verifying employee time and attendance.
Help ensure accurate entry of schedules, edits, and adjustments as needed.
Communicate scheduling or timekeeping discrepancies to store leadership.
Compliance & Reporting
Maintain confidential employee files and documents in accordance with Company standards.
Assist in generating and submitting required store reports accurately and on time.
Ensure compliance with policies related to:
Employment documentation
Store audits
Cash handling
Safety and sanitation
Customer Service & Front-End Assistance
Provide backup support to the service desk as needed.
Assist with customer inquiries, refunds, and issue resolution within established guidelines.
Support front‑end leadership with workflow, coverage, and service needs during peak periods.
Communication & Coordination
Maintain effective communication with the Administrative Coordinator, Store Director, and department leadership.
Follow up on outstanding tasks, deadlines, and required documentation.
Assist with distributing store communications, postings, and updates.
Other Responsibilities
Uphold all Company policies, procedures, and standards of honesty and integrity.
Perform additional duties as assigned by store leadership.
