WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?
\n\nLeading the oversight in managing and supporting colleagues in HR matters. \nReporting directly to the Airside Performance Manager you will work closely in managing and supporting colleagues in HR matters. \nMaking sure that compliance and standards are maintained, you partnership with them to plan out meetings that are required, \nOMS management of key tools to improve our working practices.\nTo build relationships and keep clear communication.\nComprehensive understanding of DHL HR Management and confident in conducting investigations conducting investigations\nTo accept and embrace change as a constant and unpredictable feature of your working environment. \nTo understand Safety and be keen to develop ways of working with the local teams in regards incidents/ accidents / GSRs / CSRs. with the local teams in regards incidents/ accidents / GSRs / CSRs.\nDaily trackers, daily call logs, investigations, handover responsibilities, investigations\nDriving performance in operational environment, performance and efficiency of our colleagues. \n\n\n
