OverviewA Bachelor's Social Worker is responsible for collaborating with internal and external team members to identify barriers to care and resource needs for patients and families. The Bachelor's Social Worker supports patients, families and teams by conducting assessments; providing emotional support; identifying resource needs, making community referrals, and advocating for families. Bachelor's Social Worker collaborates with colleagues to enhance and meet strategic goals.

Our pay ranges are market competitive. The pay range for this job begins at $24.41/hr, but your offer will be determined based on your education and experience.
