Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst to support the Product Management team focused on enhancing the customer experience. This individual will be responsible for gathering and documenting requirements from key stakeholders related to custom application enhancements, as well as redesigning existing applications to align with future product needs. The Senior BA will lead the early phases of the project lifecycle, ensure smooth execution and collaborate closely with a third-party vendor to develop accurate designs. Key deliverables will include process flows, user stories, mockups, and wireframes. This role operates within a team that has recently been moving toward an agile lifecycle and currently operates somewhere between waterfall and agile. This person should be able to adapt to process changes as our team learns and matures. This position would be participating in Joint Integration Testing (JIT) as needed and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). This position may directly interface with the development team for clarification and bug troubleshooting, but a dedicated BSA is responsible for managing the execution of development tasks based on the documented requirements.
