We are currently looking for a **B2C Trade Asistant Key Account Manager** to join our **Nespresso** team.
Location: İstanbul
Type of contract: Permanent
**As a B2C Trade Asistant Key Account Manager you will have the following responsibilities;**
+ Analyze market, consumer and competitor insights to identify opportunities.
+ Manage e-commerce accounts, develop account plans, and ensure alignment with stakeholders.
+ Lead trade activities, promotions, and distribution strategy with marketing & e-commerce (EC – E-Commerce) teams.
+ Drive online channel growth (marketplaces, pure players) and manage e-retailer strategies.
+ Build strong relationships with accounts and machine partners; negotiate commercial terms.
+ Ensure accurate forecasting, stock availability, and smooth coordination with supply chain (SC – Supply Chain).
+ Monitor performance, improve ROI (Return on Investment), and participate in Monthly Business Reviews (MBR).
+ Identify and onboard new accounts to expand e-commerce business.
**Which profile are we looking for?**
+ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
+ 2+ years of sales , e-commerce management (KAE – Key Account Executive or Specialist experience ).
+ Experience in e-commerce retail , premium brands or consumer electronics is a plus.
+ Strong understanding of the digital marketplace
+ Knowledge of e-commerce (EC – E-Commerce) and omni-channel business preferred.
+ Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
+ Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work cross-functionally (X-functional – Cross- Functional).
+ Comfortable working in a multicultural environment.
+ Advanced level of English
