For our Swiss Market, we are currently looking for a dynamic B2C Lead who will play a pivotal role in driving consumer engagement and conversion to our PMI Smoke Free Products . This position is not just about selling, it’s about creating meaningful, lasting relationships with adult smokers as they transition to smoke-free alternatives. Retention and quality are at the heart of what we do.

Territory to be discussed – either Geneva or Lausanne region.

 

Key responsibilities

 

Lead by Example: Inspire and guide your team through hands-on coaching and field presence, ensuring excellence in execution.People Management: Build a motivated, respected, and high-performing team through clear communication, support, and development.Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze performance metrics and consumer insights to take decisive actions that improve results.Sales & Quality Focus: Drive sales with a strong emphasis on quality interactions and long-term customer retention.Compliance & Values: Operate within PMI policies and values, ensuring all activities align with our ethical and regulatory framework.Operational Excellence: Balance field engagement with administrative tasks such as planning, reporting, and stakeholder liaison.Adaptability: Thrive in diverse environments, whether in the office, with retailers, or in the field alongside your team.

 

What we’re looking for

 

Proven experience in people management and team leadership.Strong track record in sales execution with a focus on quality over quantity.Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.Excellent interpersonal skills ,friendly, approachable, dynamic and respected by peers.High energy, results-driven, and adaptable to changing environments.Comfortable balancing fieldwork and administrative responsibilities.To ensure quality standards, you will liaise with mystery shopping agencies and ensure that our employees meet expectations.
