The B2C Field Deployment Supervisor is responsible for ensuring optimal field resource allocation, partner performance management, and end‑to‑end frontliner supportand turnover strategyacross all B2C channels. The role oversees recruitment adherence, onboarding quality, retention strategies, and operational readiness of frontliners, while acting as the key liaison between partnersand Business Unit Managers.
Key Responsibilities
1.Field resources allocation
Ensure optimal resource distribution across points of sale (POS), channels, and territories in alignment with business priorities.Work closely with partners and Business Unit Managers (BUMs) to define and execute coverage strategies per channel and touchpoint.
2. Partner management & contract governance
Manage operational contracts with both field partners, including KPI tracking, performance targets, and bonus scheme administration.
Monitor partner compliance with agreed processes, recruitment standards, and exit procedures.
3. Frontliner turnover & performance management
Develop and implement a strategy to manage and reduce frontliner turnover.
Ensure B2C field compensation structures remain competitive and aligned with market benchmarks, channel mix, touchpoint needs, geographical specifics, and seniority tiers.
Provide recruitment guidelines tailored to channel/touchpoint requirements and business objectives.
Support partners in implementing effective performance management tools and career development frameworks.
Lead monthly/quarterly Frontliner “Pulse Survey”: monitor results, identify gaps, and drive corrective action plans.
4. Onboarding & training quality
Collaborate with Channel Capability Development (CCD) and partners to ensure consistent onboarding practices across all levels.
Ensure new frontliners receive adequate support during their integration period (e.g., no new employee operating alone within the first 2 weeks).
Continuously work with partners to improve onboarding effectiveness, content relevance, and speed‑to‑productivity.
5. Channel & operational readiness
Monitor and support overall channel performance from a field deployment perspective.
Ensure all frontliners are properly equipped with uniforms and work materials that match channel and touchpoint specifications.
Identify field execution gaps and propose solutions to improve coverage, productivity, and operational consistency.
Competencies:
Minimum 3 years of experience in Field Sales, Commercial.Strong project management skills and proven ability to collaborate cross-functionallyPerformance-driven mindset with a keen eye for detail and commitment to quality.
