Job DescriptionRoles & Responsibilities :
Receivables Management
Preparation of Provision working, AR devaluation and schedules
Process improvements, Automation & other initiatives (CIP etc.)
Implements measures based on audit reports
Monitors changes to CD (central directive) and does changes where necessary
Controls and monitors quality performance with KPI (target KPI, service delivery, service specification)
E2E processing of standard tasks (preparation/reconciliation/processing)
Accounting for general ledger, sub ledger and customer ledger
Collaboration with respective resident and user departments in case of service request clarifications
Achievement of defined and committed KPI愀
Educational qualification:
MCOM/CA Inter
Experience :
1-3 Year
Mandatory/requires Skills :
B2C experience, SAP knowledge, Excel proficiency
Preferred Skills :
