Roles & Objectives

As a B2B2C CRM Intern you will be part of our Trade Marketing for Philip Morris Italia and will be reporting to Supervisor B2B2C CRM. The position will be based in Rome.

In your role, you will join the CRM B2B2C Team focusing on the trade engagement activities & content moderation for trade business tasking to maximize access and frequency performance including UX/UI and analysis report. You will also play a key role in supporting trade engagement initiatives cooperating within the team and third parties to deploy cross-functional projects.

Specific responsibilities:

- Moderating content and social interactions, including reports and activity highlights, of the trade website used by PMI’s partners/customers.

- Updating and maintaining downloadable materials and enhancing web functionality on the trade website, supporting the team in producing physical trade materials.

- Supporting the trade engagement team to strategically evolve the content of the trade website.

- Collaborating with the team to maintain the digital signage system.

Who we’re looking for:

- Degree in Marketing, Communication, Economics, Management or related fields.

- Fluency in Italian and English.

- Good knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

- Good communication skills.

- Good analytical skills.

- Quick learning capabilities entrepreneurial spirit and curiosity.

- Customer and problem-solving orientation.

- Entrepreneurship, positive attitude, attention to detail.
