Job Description

The Associate, Sales Trainer is responsible for facilitating and delivering targeted training to enhance client-specific knowledge and skills, focusing on sales processes and systems. This position collaborates with internal and/or external stakeholders to develop and implement responsive programs that support business needs, promote efficiency, and increase productivity. He/She/They work under moderate supervision with some latitude for independent judgment.Ensure new employees receive comprehensive, client-specific onboarding and training to enhance job-specific knowledge and skillsProvide employees with skills-based, client-specific coaching and training to support achievement of operating plan targets and high customer satisfactionPartner with internal and external stakeholders to develop and deliver effective training programs that enhance client-specific sales knowledge and skillsAnalyze data and performance trends to develop and implement strategic sales plays and best practices for specific territoriesOversee and measure the delivery and quality of provided training to ensure effectivenessTrack the effectiveness of training interventions through various assessment tools to identify areas for improvementCollaborate with stakeholders to optimize sales processes and systems for a superior customer experienceMaintain high levels of communication with internal stakeholders to foster and develop strategic client relationships

Candidate Profile:

Bachelor's Degree in related field from a four-year college or university with 3+ Years of Experience preferred.Subject matter expert and proven leader within peer groupExperience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM strongly preferredProven ability to prioritize concurrent projects and demonstrate project management skillsAbility to communicate and demonstrate various strategies, platforms, and skills to varied audienceStrong technical skills in MSOfficeDetail-oriented and proficient communication skills Sales Experience & BackgroundMarketing background
