Job Description

The Team Leader, B2B Sales is responsible for guiding and supporting the sales team to ensure performance goals are met. This position manages day-to-day operations by providing expertise, facilitating communication, and promoting a positive team environment. Additionally, the Team Leader oversees service delivery and ensures adherence to organizational standards and expectations.

Essential responsibilities

​Lead team meetings to review performance metrics and set priorities to ensure alignment and focus on goalsMonitor team performance and analyze sales data on a regular basis to identify trends and areas for improvementCoach team members through scenarios and real-time feedback to enhance selling techniques and customer engagementResolve escalated customer issues promptly to maintain client satisfaction and uphold company standardsCollaborate with stakeholders and product teams to stay updated on offerings and to align sales strategies with business objectivesDevelop and implement training programs for new team members to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledgeConduct quarterly performance evaluations for team members to provide constructive feedback and set development goalsMaintain accurate records of team activities and report on progress to upper management regularly to ensure transparency and accountability

Candidate profile

Proven sales experience is required Proven experience as Team Leader is required. Sense of professionalism and ability to develop relationships.Strong attention to detail.Self-starter, sense of urgency, and works well under pressure.Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet timelines on deliverables.Proficient in Microsoft Office.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.French proficiency ( minimum C1 level) and English B2 level
