Job Description:
We are seeking a confident, outgoing Sales Professional to grow customer relationships in the automotive market.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement aftermarket sales plans that align with product, operational, and distribution objectives.Cultivate and sustain strong customer partnerships by gaining deep insight into their offerings, services, and changing business needs.Drive high levels of customer satisfaction while proactively uncovering growth and expansion opportunities.Address and resolve customer concerns, serving as the primary point of contact for client relationship matters.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services relevant to customer requirements.Equip sales representatives with effective programs, product solutions, promotions, and marketing support.Analyze and report on sales performance, margins, and profitability while managing and growing a portfolio of 100+ customer accounts.Manage and coordinate three manufacturers’ representative agencies supporting sales efforts and strategic accounts.Act as a company ambassador at tradeshows, lead customer training sessions (virtual and on-site), and perform regular field engagement.Develop comprehensive annual profitability reports, including sales, cost of goods, freight, rebates, terms, marketing, and promotional spend.Maintain consistent follow-up to advance active opportunities and develop future business.Education: High School

Proven experience selling to/through the automotive aftermarket (jobbers, retailers, buying groups)Willingness to travel 25–35% of the time (typical trips 3-4 days, some weekends required).Work performed in Tipton when not traveling.Knowledge of automotive service, garage, heavy-duty, or fleet sectors preferredProficiency in MS Office; Salesforce experience a plus. Success in fast-paced, changing environments.Strong communication skills – energetic, personable, and engaging Self-motivated with a drive to meet goalsExceptional customer service mindsetIndustry: Other Services (Except Public Administration)
