Job Description
Maintain ongoing communication with current clients, reaching out proactively to understand their plumbing or water-related concerns and recommend appropriate solutions. Use company pricing tools and insurance parameters to prepare accurate, competitive estimates for repairs or replacements, guiding customers toward the best option and securing the sale. Serve as a knowledgeable point of contact, offering clear and reliable information to help customers make informed decisions. Utilize prospecting tools to follow up on leads for residential and commercial clients experiencing water damage or plumbing issues.
Responsibilities
Focus on identifying opportunities to repair or replace sewer lines for both residential and commercial properties.Perform video inspections of sewer systems to evaluate issues such as root intrusion, structural damage, or other conditions that may require excavation or line replacement.Identify and present solutions for addressing water-related property damage in homes and businesses.Conduct on-site evaluations to measure moisture levels, determine the extent of damage, and assess whether demolition, drying, or other restoration steps are necessary.Essential Skills

Internally referred to as Field Supervisors for the Water Restoration and Excavation teams. The current team consists of 8 Excavation and 4 Water Restoration members, working on both commercial and residential projects. Located in the Denver Metropolitan area, covering regions such as Colorado Springs, Cripple Creek, Divide, Castle Rock, Aurora, Denver, and Golden. Candidates must be open to working nights and weekends with flexibility from 7:30 AM to 11:59 PM, 7 days a week. The role requires the use of a personal car, with reimbursement provided at $0.725 per mile, paid on Wednesdays. Training is mainly hands-on and typically lasts 3-4 weeks with some office-based modules.
