Description + Maintain ongoing communication with current clients, reaching out proactively to understand their plumbing or water‑related concerns and recommend appropriate solutions. + Use company pricing tools and insurance parameters to prepare accurate, competitive estimates for repairs or replacements, guiding customers toward the best option and securing the sale. + Serve as a knowledgeable point of contact, offering clear and reliable information to help customers make informed decisions. + Utilize prospecting tools to follow up on leads for residential and commercial clients experiencing water damage or plumbing issues Excavation Sales Responsibilities + Focus on identifying opportunities to repair or replace sewer lines for both residential and commercial properties. + Perform video inspections of sewer systems to evaluate issues such as root intrusion, structural damage, or other conditions that may require excavation or line replacement. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Main thing – clean driver’s license! Need a valid drivers license. They have an internal point system that evaluates their driving record through the onboarding process + People that are hungry and eager and work with customers + Strong preference for customer facing sales experience + Have had great success with people that had a construction experience, some roofers or in home remodel experience so they are comfortable with that first experience going in the house + Willing to pick up an extra day - it is a struggle with the veteran’s to get them to come in for extra shifts Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Glendale, AZ.
