Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic B2B Partnership Manager to join our Marketing team, who will be instrumental in expanding our network and enhancing our offerings through strategic partnerships. The incumbent will manage existing relationships, develop new partnerships, and oversee the integration and execution of partnership strategies across the Affiliate network. Additionally, the incumbent is responsible for scouting and securing new partnerships, negotiating terms that align with the company’s strategic goals. This role requires continuous monitoring and analysis of partnership performance and adapting strategies to maximize benefits. The Partnership Manager acts as a liaison between partners and internal teams, facilitating communication and project execution to ensure the success of the partnership.

Responsibilities
Manage and build on existing partner relationshipsCollaborate with sales, product, marketing, and development teams to develop partnership strategiesDevelop a scalable model for formalizing partnershipsIdentify, develop relationships, and negotiate deals with new partnersTake ownership of partnership reporting and performanceEnsure partnerships deliver on promises to customersRequirements and skills
Demonstrable track record of negotiating and closing partnership dealsExperience building partner programs in a Healthtech/healthcare environmentStrong commercial awareness with the ability to identify and develop opportunities into successful collaborationsExperience in executing digital marketing campaigns and stay updated with the current trends and tools to accomplish faster results. Engaging with the target audience through online channels & executing and supervising digital marketing campaigns.Tracking and analyzing performances of campaigns, carrying out conversion tests and reports.Reporting performances of all campaigns to clients and stakeholders.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Deals easily with ambiguity and can effectively cope with changeHigh learning agility and proactiveness with ability to work effectively across virtual networkStrong interpersonal, collaborative and partnering skills.Good understanding of compliance and ethical standards within the pharmaceutical industry.
