Job Description
The Team Leader, B2B Sales is responsible for guiding and supporting the sales team to ensure performance goals are met. This position manages day-to-day operations by providing expertise, facilitating communication, and promoting a positive team environment. Additionally, the Team Leader oversees service delivery and ensures adherence to organizational standards and expectations.
**Key Responsibities:**
+ Lead team meetings to review performance metrics and set priorities to ensure alignment and focus on goals
+ Monitor team performance and analyze sales data on a regular basis to identify trends and areas for improvement
+ Coach team members through scenarios and real-time feedback to enhance selling techniques and customer engagement
+ Resolve escalated customer issues promptly to maintain client satisfaction and uphold company standards
+ Collaborate with stakeholders and product teams to stay updated on offerings and to align sales strategies with business objectives
+ Develop and implement training programs for new team members to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge
+ Conduct quarterly performance evaluations for team members to provide constructive feedback and set development goals
+ Maintain accurate records of team activities and report on progress to upper management regularly to ensure transparency and accountability
**Candidate profile:**
+ Bachelor's Degree in related field from a four-year college or university with 2 - 4 Years of Experience preferred.
+ Strong background in Sales is preferred.
+ Sense of professionalism and ability to develop relationships.
+ Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet timelines on deliverables.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. BI tools knowledge is a plus.
+ Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, both in **German (C2)** and **English (B2)**

**Requirements (INTERNAL ONLY)**
+ 6 months in company with proven previous experience in targeted role OR 9 month in company
+ KPIs on target for the last 6 months
+ No disciplinary actions for the last 6 months
