The Role:
The Channel Management Specialist is responsible for leads management & SMB segment, conducting partner portal trainings and seminars, and providing market intelligence to aid in the development and execution of strategies to increase market share and product visibility. The Channel Mgmt Specialist will support pipeline/SFDC activities about Logitech Video Collaboration and/or Personal Workspace. The role will engage with all levels of the organization.
Your Contribution:
- Collaborate with distributors to partner portal management and SMB business development
- Develop a trusted relationship with key channels.
- Conduct partner trainings and seminars on Logitech partner portal system to enhance sales.
- Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
- Coordinate with category and marketing managers to ensure effective product listing and visibility.
- Manage resources to support Merch & Retail accounts in their development efforts and innovate for what could potentially be future Logitech products and features.
- Own customer-facing Proof of Concept to ensure the customer can adequately evaluate and understand the Logitech solution.
- Execute the strategy for competitive differentiation required to position the best solutions for the customer.
- Provide consulting support in identifying and developing competitive product strategies to maintain and enhance product differentiation in the marketplace.
- Understand customer feature requests and bugs and able to cooperate with technical support to resolve issues for customer.
Your Qualifications and Skills:
- 3-5 years of Sales experience in ProAV segment or IT industry or equivalent.
- Strong data-driven analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with partners.
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.
- Strong sales and communication skills with the ability to conduct technical product demonstrations.
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
