B2B Business Development & Sales Account Manager
**What's The Role** The **Enterprise Business Solutions & Sales Account Manager** is responsible for driving the sales of telecommunications and related products & services to enterprise and corporate clients. This role involves understanding customer needs, proposing tailored solutions, and building strong relationships with key decision-makers in large organizations. The Account Manager will also work as a business development / hunter role looking for new businesses across diverse verticals, using, among other tools, existing public databases as well as the company own. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet sales goals and improve customer happiness. **What You'll Do** **Key Responsibilities** **Sales and Business Development:** + Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the enterprise sector. + Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, and relationship-building. + Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customer requirements and propose appropriate telecommunications solutions. **Solution Design and Proposal:** + Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to design tailored solutions that meet the specific needs of enterprise clients. + Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the value and benefits of the company's products and services. **Relationship Management:** + Build and maintain strong relationships with key collaborators and decision-makers within enterprise accounts. + Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. **Market and Industry Knowledge:** + Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings in the telecommunications sector. + Provide insights and feedback to product management and marketing teams to enhance product offerings and positioning. **Sales Performance and Reporting:** + Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the Enterprise Sales Manager. + Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions in the CRM system. + Provide regular reports and updates to sales leadership on sales performance and market insights. **Collaboration and Teamwork:** + Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and customer support, to ensure alignment and successful delivery of solutions. + Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and industry events to develop skills and knowledge. **What You'll Need** **Knowledge & Experience** + Bachelor's degree in Business, Telecommunications, or a related field. + Minimum 5 yrs experience in sales, preferably in the telecommunications or technology industry. + Strong understanding of enterprise business solutions and telecommunications products. + Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. **Skills & Abilities** + Experience working with large enterprise clients. + Familiarity with CRM and sales enablement tools. + Technical background or understanding of telecommunications technologies is a plus. **Work Environment:** + This position may require occasional travel to client sites and industry events. **Who We Are** We are the leading telecommunications company, connecting more than 40 markets in Latin America and the Caribbean with our video, broadband internet, telephony, and mobile services under the consumer brands Liberty Latin America, Liberty Networks, Liberty Caribbean, Liberty Business, Liberty Caribbean ICT, Cable & Wireless, Cable & Wireless Business, Bahamas Telecommunication (BTC), FLOW, VTR, Liberty Puerto Rico & USVI, Liberty Costa Rica, and Más Móvil.
