We are looking for a proactive and results-driven **Account Executive** to join our team within a dynamic IT Sales environment. You'll engage with high-level stakeholders across various channels, utilizing a consultative approach to help them achieve their business goals and foster long-term client success. **What You’ll Be Doing:**
+ Develop and implement a strategic plan for your business portfolio.
+ Cultivate and expand both existing and new client relationships to increase revenue in strategic product areas.
+ Meet specific sales targets and capitalize on sales opportunities with B2B clients in the marketing sector.
+ Engage in online meetings to establish and maintain business communication with clients.
+ Apply a consultative approach to identify client goals and provide tailored optimization advice.
+ Educate clients on leveraging opportunities, translating their objectives into actionable strategies.
+ Act as the primary contact for clients in your portfolio, delivering effective recommendations and solutions.
+ Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products, best practices, benchmarks, and procedures.
+ Achieve quarterly sales goals and other Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
+ **Working hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 – 19:00. We offer fully remote and hybrid work options.**
**What We’re Looking For:**
+ Fluency in **Dutch and English** - both written and spoken.
+ Experience in customer-facing roles such as sales or customer support.
+ Ability to drive a value-based selling approach to clients and channel partners in a fast-paced environment.
+ Marketing experience would be considered as an advantage.
+ Strong organizational skills, self-discipline, and motivation to thrive in a dynamic atmosphere.
+ Experience with CRM systems or similar software.
