B2B Account Executive

**Whats The Role**
Sell the organization's products and services through direct sales to small & medium businesses, large corporations, and government entities. Face-to-face and remote sales to new customers and cross/up/repeat sales to existing customers by delivering sales bids/proposals/presentations and conducting product demonstrations (Direct B2B Sales. PreSales engineers)
**What You'll Do**
+ Monitor and lead the development of business sales strategies, business plan, projects and budget in line with corporate strategy.• Propose new initiatives, plans and programmes to improve the effectiveness of the Business Sales function, including activities to increase the NPS score.• Develop and monitor the implementation of innovative methods to increase direct sales and business accounts, expand markets and promote business.• Responsible for consistently achieving monthly sales targets and objectives for self and team.• Recruit, hire and train new Account Mangers to achieve budgeted productivity levels from assigned sales team and achieve designated sales targets.• Spend time in the field coaching Account Managers and becoming the customer authority and key contact.• Conduct weekly sales meetings to provide product/service information and communicate team performance and objectives.• Motivate team to achieve and surpass sales objectives incorporating Miller Heiman Sales Methodology and tools.• Maintain frequent contact with top customers and key influencers to promote CWC’s product offerings and identify new leads, actively engaging in building strong relationships with key business partners• Prepare required reports and documents.• Successfully completes all sales and data training programmes that are identified as core curriculum within the recommended time frames.• Responsible for direct report’s successful completion of all sales and data training programmes that are identified as core curriculum within the recommended time frames.• Liaise with other Sales Managers and other departments to facilitate objectives.• Oversee employee’s performance of work and provide guidance in the resolution of routine problems.• Provide feedback to Area Marketing on new and existing customer products.• Represent Company at meetings, local functions and business networking opportunities such as Chamber of Commerce Business, after hours or at the weekend where required.• Review and submit monthly commission statements for all sales team.• Manage cost centre within budget.• Manage all Customer Escalations to resolution in a timely manner.• Assist in special projects assigned by management or other related duties as assigned by management.
**Knowledge & Experience**
+ Bachelor’s degree in management or Business
+ Accreditation in Sales Methodology such as Miller Heiman
+ 5 years’ experience of direct sales in telecoms or IT environment
+ 2 years’ experience using SalesForce.com at an administrator level, including salesforce reporting
+ Sales management experience desired
+ At least 5 years’ Account Management experience of SME and Enterprise Accounts

**Knowledge & Experience**
