We are seeking a highly skilled Azure Monitoring & Power Platform Consultant to support and enhance our monitoring capabilities for Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) applications. This role will focus on implementing end-to-end monitoring, alerting, and integration workflows using Azure-native services and Power Platform tools. The ideal candidate has a strong background in Azure, Logic Apps, Application Insights, Power Automate, and understands D365 telemetry and event architecture.
The consultant will be mainly focused on Azure, Power Platform-related support for our D365 environment.
• Design and implement application monitoring for D365 using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights.
• Integrate D365 Business Events with Azure services (e.g., Event Grid, Service Bus, Logic Apps).
• Build automated workflows using Power Automate, Logic Apps, and Power Platform connectors.
• Set up custom dashboards and alerts for application health and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to define and implement telemetry and logging standards.
• Provide technical guidance on integrating Azure services with the D365 ecosystem.
• Ensure observability and traceability across cloud components supporting D365.
• Support Azure, Power Platform-related issues, requests, and concerns for the D365 environment.
• Strong experience with Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Log Analytics.
• Hands-on expertise in Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and custom connectors.
• Experience with Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Azure Event Grid.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Events, telemetry, and integration patterns.
• Proficiency in creating monitoring solutions and alerting strategies for cloud-based applications.
• Knowledge of Azure Security and RBAC as it applies to monitoring and integration.
• Ability to interpret telemetry data and drive actionable insights.
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills across distributed systems.
• Must be amenable to working onsite 1-2 days a week in McKinley, Taguig, on a morning or mid-shift schedule.
