Job Description As a Azure Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our public cloud infrastructure. You will be assisting the team that are developing applications establishing connectivity between Azure services and bank customesr. You will mostly be working on the middleware layer of these applications which are all built in .NET code and connect to the bank core. Primary scripting language will be powershell because the environment is is a mix of mac and windows. Candidate will need to be able to troubleshoot CICD pipelines that are already built using Azure Devops, you will also use terraform and test terraform for these pipelines. Candidate needs to understand networking concepts (ip addresses, connectivity and working with network team.) Candidate will also ensure public cloud environments adhere to security best practices and compliance standards. Skills and Requirements -7+ years of experience with a preference of career to have been software developer in .NET that moved into cloud engineering -4+ years of experience with Azure (azure fleet manager, cosmos DB, service bus, storage accounts, virtual networks VPNs) -Powershell scripting experience, python is a plus -CICD pipelines are already built need to be able to troubleshoot using Azure Devops, will use terraform and test terraform for these pipelines -Must understand networking concepts -Kubernetes/helm experience -Bachelors Degree -Service Mesh experience with Istio -Experience building Load balancing solutions like App gateway and AFD.
