Education Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Position Description: We are looking for a 3–5 years experienced IT Tooling partner to join the IT Tooling team supporting the NN account. The candidate will be responsible for L2/L3 production support, maintenance, and continuous improvement of tooling platforms, with a strong focus on Azure DevOps, and Agile delivery. The role requires hands-on technical expertise, operational ownership, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

. Provide L2/L3 production support and maintenance for IT tooling platforms ensuring high availability and performance
. Handle incident and change management activities using ServiceNow in line with ITIL best practices
. Create, track, prioritize, escalate, and close tickets in ServiceNow, ensuring SLA adherence
. Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and drive permanent fixes to prevent incident recurrence
. Work closely with development, infrastructure, and business teams in an Agile/Scrum environment
. Support and manage Azure DevOps boards, pipelines, releases, and related workflows
. Participate in change planning, risk assessment, approvals, and post-change reviews
. Monitor systems, identify proactive improvements, and contribute to operational excellence
. Maintain documentation, runbooks, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

. L2/L3 Production Support & Maintenance experience in enterprise environments
. Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow, specifically: Incident Management Change Management Ticket lifecycle management (creation, tracking, prioritization, escalation, closure)
. Good understanding of ITIL processes and best practices
. Basic knowledge of Splunk Monitoring tool in dashboards and search usage.
. Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (boards, pipelines, releases)
. Application Installation and administration on Windows and Linux platforms
. Fundamental knowledge of Azure Cloud (advanced level)
. Experience working in an Agile way of working (Scrum/Kanban)
. Basic knowledge of AWS Cloud services
. Good communication and coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders


Secondary Skills (Nice to Have)

. Experience with CI/CD tools and pipelines
. Knowledge of Power Automate for workflow automation
. Exposure to UiPath (RPA tool)
. Experience with Power BI for reporting and dashboards
. Tidal Operational & Administration activities


Desired Profile

. 3–5 years of relevant experience in Production Support, & DevOps roles
. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
. Willingness to support business-critical applications and handle priority incidents
. Good communication and stakeholder management
. Experience working with global teams and enterprise clients is an advantage
