TalentWorld is hiring an experienced AZ Truck Driver in the Guelph area. This is a local, Ontario-based delivery role for a company that values safety, professionalism, and attention to detail.

AZ Truck Driver Responsibilities: Transport precast concrete products safely to customer sites across Ontario. Conduct pre-trip inspections on truck and trailer and report any safety concerns. Secure loads using chains and straps in compliance with MTO and company regulations. Maintain accurate delivery paperwork including Bills of Lading, logbooks, and RMAs. Communicate with dispatch to stay on schedule and report delays or issues. Represent the company professionally when interacting with customers on site. AZ Truck Driver Qualifications: Valid AZ Driver’s License with a clean abstract and CVOR. Minimum 3 years of professional driving experience. Experience with load securement for construction or industrial products. Boom truck experience is an asset (training provided if needed). Strong organizational and communication skills. Physically fit and comfortable with outdoor work and seasonal conditions. Employment Details: Shift: Day Shift (Start times between 4 AM – 7 PM, Monday to Friday) Rate: $33.77, $37.06 with Boom Ticket Location: Guelph, ON Type: Full-time, Permanent Perks: Local routes (home daily), full benefits after probation, company-paid training for boom certification if required.
