The Role

Kyndryl’s Cloud Practice is seeking a high-impact AWS Technical Business Lead to help drive our global AWS growth strategy. This is a unique opportunity to join a new team and help scale one of Kyndryl’s most important cloud partnerships. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of AWS’s capabilities and a passion for public cloud transformation. You will help create new opportunities for Kyndryl to delight our enterprise customers as we modernize their mission-critical workloads and unlock new value in the cloud. 

This role blends program management with technical acumen and commercial insight. You will work cross-functionally with AWS, Kyndryl consulting and alliance teams, and field sellers to identify opportunities, accelerate pipeline, and improve outcomes of migration, modernization, and managed services projects. You will engage with key accounts across the full customer lifecycle to learn and improve Kyndryl’s end-to-end process.

Key Responsibilities 

Program Strategy & Launch: Help shape and drive the rollout of Kyndryl Cloud Practice’s AWS growth strategy. 

AWS Partnership Engagement: Deepen collaboration with AWS partner, product, and field teams to expand Kyndryl’s technical capabilities and customer impact. 

Stakeholder Alignment: Coordinate across internal teams including Consulting, Global Alliances, Delivery, and Account teams to ensure aligned execution. 

Pipeline & Opportunity Analysis: Evaluate sales pipeline data to prioritize and support high-impact opportunities. 

Project Outcome Tracking: Monitor key delivery metrics and customer results to identify wins, gaps, and areas for continuous improvement. 

Program Execution & KPIs: Define, measure, and report on leading and lagging indicators (e.g., pipeline velocity, signings, revenue, customer logos) to track program success.

Who You Are

Required Skills and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred 

Strong knowledge of AWS and a passion for public cloud and digital transformation 

4+ years of experience driving programs or projects at a public cloud provider, GSI, or consulting firm 

Familiarity with cloud migration and modernization strategies for enterprise workloads 

Strong understanding of the sales lifecycle and revenue generation levers

Preferred Skills and Experience

Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills

Expertise in program and project management methodologies 

​​Proven ability to manage complexity, think strategically, and deliver results in a fast-moving environment

Compensation

The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is $150,720 to $286,200 based on a full-time schedule. Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills, and experience.  For part-time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city, or local minimum wage requirement.

There is a different applicable compensation range for the following work locations:

California: $165,720 to $343,560 

Colorado: $150,720 to $286,200 

New York City: $180,720 to $343,560 

Washington: $165,720 to $314,880 

Washington DC: $165,720 to $314,880 

  

This position will be eligible for Kyndryl’s discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl’s applicable plans. You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave, and paid time off.  Note: If this is a sales commission eligible role, you will be eligible to participate in a sales commission plan in lieu of the annual discretionary bonus program.
