Our culture of evolution and empathy centers on long-term career growth and development opportunities in an environment that embraces your unique skills and experience. **Your role and responsibilities** * Develop, test, deploy, and maintain full stack applications supporting analytics, AI, and GenAI use cases. * Build APIs and interfaces to integrate AI/GenAI models into healthcare systems. * Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure robust data pipelines, optimized for AI workloads. * Implement best practices in cloud-native development, CI/CD, security, and DevOps to ensure high-quality, scalable solutions. * Monitor application health, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement in performance and reliability. * Work closely with AI/GenAI teams to operationalize models and deliver AI-powered features. * Contribute to service monitoring, incident management, and reporting. **Required technical and professional expertise** * Has experience in full stack application development with strong hands-on exposure to both frontend and backend. * Cloud Service Provider (CSP) experience: Proficiency in AWS and/or Azure platforms, including native cloud services and databases (e.g., DynamoDB, Cosmos DB, RDS, etc.). * Experience with Databricks and integrating cloud-native data solutions. * Strong backend experience in Java (Spring Boot) and Python for building APIs and microservices. * Proficiency in frontend development with frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js, along with TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS. * Experience in cloud-native application design and deployment using Docker and Kubernetes. * Solid understanding of REST APIs, API security (OAuth, JWT), and microservices architecture. * Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and version control systems (Git, Maven, Gradle, JFrog, etc.). * Strong experience with databases, including native CSP databases and both SQL/NoSQL systems. * Excellent problem-solving skills, strong collaboration abilities, and experience working in agile teams.
