Duties: * Oversee the implementation of IFRS 17 * Oversee financial reporting processes to ensure compliance with IFRS and other standards * Direct insurance and reinsurance activities for direct, assumed, and ceded business * Support annual budgeting and forecasting effort * Guide project management and initiatives related to IFRS implementation * Keep senior leadership informed on project and policy developments
