**Process Overview***
Fraud Claims and Credit Assistance Technology (FCCAT) part of Consumer, Small Business and Wealth Technology (CFPT) develops technology solutions for prevention of Fraud and management of Fraud Alerts, Claims initiation and fulfillment and providing customized solutions for Credit delinquency and recovery. This team focuses on Client protection technology and enables integrated delivery across different lines on business, providing the best in class solutions for helping the bank prevent Fraud and provide safe, efficient and timely services for our Customers.
**Job Description***
The candidate will be responsible for development projects in the Fraud technology domain. The Fraud Technology team is looking for a mid-level JAVA Developer. This is a hands-on development role. Requirements include 9+ years of development experience (preferably in the financial industry). The developer will be part of a team that is building an integrated fraud platform utilizing many of the latest and cutting-edge technologies, replacing and consolidating many legacy applications.
**Responsibilities***
• Participate in business and system requirement sessions, follow agile values, principles, process and practices.
• Participate daily standup meetings, facilitate gatherings, arrange demonstrations and be involved in decision-making processes in order to ensure quick inspection and accurate use of adoption process
•Handle scrum calls when needed. Help scrum master to make the product features and stories in good shape and make them ready for the next sprint.
• Create services using java Apache CXF framework using Oracle and Cassandra as backend.
•Propose and enhance various features in the existing applications.
• Feasibility, POC, Framework design, Common methods Using Java related technologies.
• Develop and review artifacts such as code ,documentation and unit test scripts, conduct reviews for self and peers, identify and validate defects found. Offshore team and task handling and monitoring
•Understand the requirement by going through the specifications and participate in creating high level estimates.
•Do impact analysis, participate in high level design and create design specifications as per the high level design.
•Create unit test plans for the complex programs in order to develop/validate/maintain the application as per the requirements.
• Implement logging, Tracing and code refactoring.
• Perform root-cause analysis of any issues that arise post-implementation and work on solutions related to issue fixing.
• Interact with clients to elicit architectural and nonfunctional requirements like performance,scalability,reliability,availability,maintainability.
• Document/share own learnings from the project seek information/leverage knowledge from other projects in order to drive higher efficiency, effectiveness and preserve organization knowledge.

**Education***
+ Graduation/Post graduation - B.E./ B Tech / M.E./M Tech/MCA/ M.Sc. (Computer Science, IT, S/W, Mathematics, Electronics, Physics, Statistics)
+ Certifications If Any:
**Experience Range***
+ 15+ Years
**Foundational Skills***
+ Experience in Java Application Development
+ Experience with Object Oriented programming
+ Experience with Spring (Framework, Spring Boot, ORM, MVC, Integration, Batch, Services)
+ Experience with SOA, REST/SOAP webservices, JSON/XML
+ Exposure to cloud technologies and platforms
+ Experience with any of these Source Control Tools: BitBucket/GIT
+ Experience with Maven, Test Driven Development (TDD) and Continuous Integration (CI), Junit
+ Experience in NoSQL DB Cassandra
+ Experience with at least one RDMS: Oracle, SQL Server
+ Experience in Apache Kafka, MQ messaging frameworks
**Desired Skills***
