Fraud & Claims Tech Organization creates and maintain technical platform supporting Fraud Analysis & Claims processing for all products for Bank of America. Along with working in cutting edge technologies, this team is highly matured in the agile practices.
Job Description*
The technical lead should be hands on technical developer who should be able to provide technical leadership and guidance to the teams on day to day issues, along with providing strategic leadership to execute CCA Middleware and Dialer strategy. The lead should be equipped to design and implement a project end-to-end in partnership with US teams.
The individual should be self-motivated, creative and proactive, to work successfully in a fast-paced environment including multiple platforms and applications and diverse technologies. The individual should have a strong understanding of Agile processes and the development lifecycle and methodology.
It requires the ideal candidate to be passionate about and hands-on with technology, and be a systematic, logical problem-solver. The ideal candidate would be a fast learner of the business area, someone with good programming acumen, and seasoned enough to work on the projects with minimal hand holding.
Responsibilities*
Provide technical guidance and leadership to the team on day-to-day work managing frontend teams involving multiple skillsets like Angular and .Net. Knowledge of Dialer technology will be desirable.

Foundational skills*
Deep knowledge of .Net Framework and Angualr Technologies
-Strong knowledge of SqlServer/ Oracle databases. Understand Stored procedure/package/functions
-Deep understating of Git version control system
-Strong understanding of unit testing frameworks
-Good hands on exposure to Container Migration and management of containerized applications
-Relational database experience and proven abilities in SQL and data modeling is required. Must be aware of SQL Objects, query optimization, and join conditions
-Experience working in Agile development process as a Lead and good understanding of various phases of Software Development Lifecycle. Must be aware about Agile culture, roles, tools and terminology
-Ability to communicate, written and verbal, with technical and non-technical cross-functional teams
Desired skills
• Work experience in Consumer Banking preferably in Claims Modernization Space
