AVP – Field Property Training and Onboarding Manager

Qualifications:Strong Property Insurance claims background both personal and commercial lines.Compliance and regulatory experience in all 50 states.Strong knowledge and interpretation of all our Personal Lines Homeowners and Commercial coverage forms. Training and Supervisory experienceExperienced in all claim platforms: Vision, Connect, ABIZ, PLS,Proven track record of data driven management: Talent Portal, XactAnalysis, Athenium, ClaimSmart, etc. Job Duties:Liaison for all onboarding of new hires – working directly with the hiring manager to assist in coordination of IT, Systems, Equipment items.Provide uniform, initial coverage training on all Personal Lines HO policies inclusive of common endorsements, flood, non-MP venues, WSG PL and Platinum contracts. Responsible to ensure uniform handling of Property Claims by newly hired Field Adjusters: templates, file documentation, best practices, SIU, Recovery.Coordinates with the CTO and Compliance team on regulatory matters and property best practices and formulates training for areas of improvementTrack progress and proficiency of the Field Teams inclusive of CAPs, DAT, CAT to identify areas of opportunity to formulate recommendations on improvement. Develop other trainings with collaboration from CTO and team.

The pay range for the role is $85,000 to $140,000. The specific offer will depend on an applicant’s skills and other factors.
