We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.
In this role, you will:
· Ensure effective process efficiency and sufficient control of overall policy administration and continuous to support core systems improvement, procedures and processes streamlining.
· Maintain effective communication with external and internal partners(3rd party insurance company, distribution, sales, finance and IT). Support insurance operation projects in accordance with requirements set including new and enhancement.
· This role is responsible for insurance MI, KPI calculation correctness and regulatory reporting. Insurance operation overall process checker to ensure efficiency client onboarding and policy service.
· Maintain policies and procedures for HSBC Broker Operations that ensure operation process is managed in a commercially sensitive and practical manner with sufficient controls being embedded.
· Responsible for insurance operation reporting to local and global committees and forums.
· Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Head of Operation.
