Your success is our success\. **Description** **Job Summary:** To identify malfunctions, remove, repair and install a limited variety of aircraft communication, navigation and electrical components\. May be required to assist higher grade technicians\. **Job Responsibilities:** + Perform analysis of routine electrical malfunctions according to standard shop practices usingsome equipment such as voltmeters, ohmmeters and continuity lights\. + Perform minor repair such as replacing wires and connectors on standard electrical components\. + Under guidance of supervisor, assist with analysis of more complicated malfunctions and repair ofstandard electrical components\. + Install electrical and electronic components as directed\. + Responsible only for own work\. + Perform other related duties as required\. **Qualifications** **Education:** Requires a high school diploma, an equivalent certificate, or a bronze level WorkKeys certification to be able to interpret assembly blueprints and to apply shop math\. **Experience:** Requires a minimum three months electrical assembly or electrical install experience to be able to apply shop electrical principles\. **Working Conditions:** Generally good working conditions, occasionally exposed to disagreeable weather conditions\. **Kansas Tax Credit:** Join Textron Aviation’s Kansas team and you may be eligible for a $5,000 state of Kansas Aviation tax credit for up to five years\.
