**Job Description**
AECOM Technical Services, Inc. is seeking an Aviation Program Management in New York, NY.
**Job details:**
+ Lead and collaborate with the aviation team to form strategy and sale of services on airport infrastructure development and expansion.
+ Build relationships and interact with key client stakeholders, teaming partners, industry groups, and stakeholders linked to the aviation industry.
+ Manage achievement of sales goals, gross margin, backlog, and other financial and business goals.
+ Manage and develop landside, airside, and terminal civil airfield planning, design, and construction projects, while working with experienced aviation planning and design staff. Lead and manage medium to large size complex programs.
+ Provide technical leadership and strategic direction for program delivery globally.
+ Drive innovation in program management approaches and methodology to achieve marketplace differentiation while championing ethical and safe working practices.
+ Provide support for Global Business Lines, Regional Leadership, and Market Sector Leaders to identify new business opportunities and develop solutions, while also providing strategic advisory services for program development and delivery.
+ Manage budgets, schedule, and risks, overseeing procurements and managing design-build contracts, contract negotiations, and change management.
**Qualifications**
+ Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field of study and 5 years of experience as a Business Development Manager, Project Director, Project Manager, or a related occupation.
+ Alternatively, employer will accept a Master's degree Business Administration, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field of study and 3 years of experience as a Business Development Manager, Project Director, Project Manager, or a related occupation.
+ Experience in the following: Infrastructure development, implementation, and management in the Public-Private Partnerships (P3) infrastructure industry, including general management, financial planning, P&L responsibility, business development, commercial and operations management, master planning, construction management, project management, and program management; developing airport infrastructure, from pre-development to operational stage, including planning, construction, commercial, financial, and operational aspects of airport development; managing large-scale $1B+ airport infrastructure projects, including the transformation of airport infrastructure and operations as global assets; and managing P3s to drive growth, optimize processes, and introduce innovative concepts in aviation infrastructure, including developing financially feasible infrastructure investment proposals and developing sustainable solutions for investment.

Offered rate of compensation will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The range for this position is $184,621 to $292,542.
