Our dynamic Aviation Team at ABM is seeking an experienced Operations Manager of Parking Services to lead and oversee all aspects of airport parking and shuttle operations. This role ensures safe, efficient, and customer-focused transportation services while maintaining full compliance with regulatory standards. A valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with Passenger Endorsement is required.
Compensation: $58,000.00 annual salary (US Dollars)
The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. You may be eligible to participate in a Company incentive or bonus program
401(k) – You become eligible to make personal contributions beginning the first of the month following 30 days of employment. You become eligible for the ABM match beginning the first of the month following six months of employment. ABM matches your pre-tax and/or Roth contributions, dollar for dollar, for the first 3%. For the next 2%, ABM contributes $0.50 for each dollar you contribute. Your contributions and match are immediately vested.

Key Responsibilities:
Operational Oversight
Manage all aspects of airport parking operations, including self-parking, valet, employee parking, and shuttle services. Ensure compliance with airport safety, security, and transportation regulations. Monitor and maintain parking equipment, signage, and facility cleanliness.Staff Management
Supervise and schedule parking and shuttle personnel, including drivers and attendants. Provide training and ensure adherence to customer service and safety protocols. Conduct performance evaluations and support professional development.Transportation & CDL Compliance
Operate shuttle vehicles as needed to support operations. Maintain a valid CDL with Passenger Endorsement and ensure all drivers meet licensing and safety requirements. Oversee vehicle inspections, maintenance schedules, and DOT compliance.Customer Service & Communication
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve service issues promptly and professionally. Coordinate with airport departments and external vendors to ensure seamless operations. Implement service improvements based on customer feedback and operational data.Financial & Administrative Duties
Assist in budget preparation and cost control for parking operations. Monitor revenue collection systems and ensure accurate reporting. Prepare operational reports and present performance metrics to leadership.Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in parking, transportation, or airport operations. Supervisory experience in a union or multi-shift environment is a plus. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and parking management systems.Licensing Requirements:
Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with Passenger Endorsement required. Ability to pass a background check and obtain airport security clearance (SIDA badge). DOT medical certification required.
