Responsibilities Assist in aircraft maintenance, repairs, and modifications under supervision Complete technical documentation accurately and on time Follow all safety procedures and regulatory requirements Report defects and issues to supervisors promptly Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas to high standards Support aircraft inspections and troubleshooting Participate in training and skill development Contribute to team efficiency and continuous improvement   Qualifications Enrolled/completed Transport Canada-approved AME program Basic aircraft systems knowledge (mechanical, structures, or avionics) Ability to interpret technical manuals (AMM, IPC) Strong safety mindset and attention to detail Dash 8/Boeing/Airbus experience Familiarity with maintenance software (TRAX, Corridor) 0-2 years hands-on experience (internships count!) Team player Problem-solver Adaptable to shift work Employment Details Salary: $25/HR - $28/HR Benefits: Permanent full-time role with benefits including health coverage, paid time off, work-life balance, and career growth opportunities Schedule: Must be available for both morning and afternoon shifts, with flexibility required from Monday to Friday.
