Position Summary:

The position is M-F Day shift with perhaps other times sometimes required.  This will be a salaried position, and the salary will vary dependent upon experience.

Position Duties: Managing the Maintenance and Test Equipment (MTE) Calibration Program, and all equipment and company assets. Ensuring that periodic checks and calibrations are made on all new; existing precision tools and test equipment within required timelines of 1 year. Maintains location correct throughout all STSLM Stations using a custom asset program, and uploads all calibration certificates into the STS Asset Control System and company server. Ensuring current records are maintained of those checks and calibrations in accordance with the calibration control program, IAW applicable STS manuals. Maintains  STS tool records current for all Project and Line Maintenance Stations. Ships tools and uniforms to and from stations and tracks shipping through FedEx tracking. Updates system with current location of tooling in transit to and from stations. Maintains a set (low/high) level of tooling at all times to      accommodate immediate needs and maintains all stations current in calibrated tooling. Communicates with all Line Stations as needed. Maintains an accurate inventory of all assets and tooling at the MLB location with correct status of each. Must be experienced in Excel and have the ability to use other specialized software as required. Knowledge of aviation tooling and equipment is a plus, but not a requirement. Candidates must have the ability to work independently, yet work well with others to achieve the overall goals About STS Line Maintenance:
