The ideal candidate should have strong IT knowledge (must) with basic experience in AVEVA System Platform or AVEVA PI and should be highly motivated, innovative, and a self-starter, possessing excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills. French and English communication skills are required. **Responsibilities:** Support for Aveva System Platform and/or Aveva PI will be provided as part of a Managed Services project, focusing on the IT support aspects of both applications. **The following areas of expertise are considered strong assets for this role:** **Incident Management:** + L2/L3 support + End to end IT incident management + Redact Knowledgebase article for future incident resolution + Monitoring Application health **Problem Management** : + Proactive and reactive problem management + Create and manage problem tickets + Coordinate end to end problem resolution (Infrastructure, Network, DB & product vendors as appropriate) **Change Management:** + Create, manage change requests + Follow up on change activities + Perform change activities as needed (IQ/OQ tests) **Application Operations & Lifecycle Management:** + Manage application patching (installation, coordination with product vendor) + Create installation procedures as appropriate + Create and manage asset information in CMDB + Manage application accesses (create/modify/disable) + Create/update service desk guide + Create/update configuration guide **Requirements:** + Senior IT profile with 5+ years of relevant experience + Experience in the pharmaceutical industry preferred + Familiarity with ISA 88 and GAMP guidelines is a plus + Strong analytical, documentation, and interpersonal skills + French & English required Cognizant is an equal opportunity employer.
