Aveva Inspectors (Predictive Maintenance)

Predictive Analytics Engineer – Aveva PRiSM Predictive Analytics support for industrial asset monitoring and reliability improvement.

Job Requirements:

Experience with Aveva PRiSM Predictive Analytics software.

Familiarity with OSI PI, SAP PM module, Aveva Ampla, and Bentley ALIM (one or more required, multiple preferred).

Background working with rotating equipment, electrical motors, pumps, and mining/processing equipment.

Experience in condition monitoring, reliability engineering, or predictive maintenance at an industrial site.

Ability to interpret process data, historical trends, and equipment condition indicators for diagnostics.

Preferred Skills:

Experience integrating predictive analytics workflows with SAP PM, Aveva Ampla, and PI-based historian environments.

Experience in mining, metals, or heavy process industry environments.

Experience preparing stakeholder-facing technical reports, dashboards, and case studies related to equipment health and performance.

Experience documenting cost-avoidance or value realization from predictive maintenance interventions.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide first-line monitoring, validation, and triage of Aveva PRiSM alerts for site assets.

Review and cross-check predictive alerts against work orders and notifications in SAP PM.

Correlate predictive alerts with downtime data in Aveva Ampla and process/historian data in PI for contextual diagnosis.

Collaborate with site SMEs and Engineering to define, track, and verify corrective actions.

Update, tune, and refine predictive models in collaboration with SMEs based on asset owner feedback and performance results.

Maintain alignment of predictive analytics workflows with existing site systems (SAP, Aveva Ampla, PI) and plant leadership communication practices.

Produce weekly and monthly performance reports, including alerts generated, validated, false positives, and actions taken.

Develop case study documentation for significant predictive interventions and avoided downtime events.

Maintain a continuous improvement log capturing diagnostics refinements, model accuracy trends, and recommendations.

Prepare and distribute a Weekly Plant Watchlist summarizing current anomalies, status of corrective actions, ownership for follow-up, expected resolution timelines, and any high-risk or critical alerts requiring leadership attention.



Pay Details: $40.00 to $60.00 per hour
