SUMMARY

Kastle Technologies Co., LLC (“KTECH”) is seeking an experienced AV Sales Manager with expertise in audio visual to identify, qualify and close business opportunities in Dayton, OH. This role involves making sales contacts, attending client meetings, problem solving, and overseeing plans and documentation. The Sales Project Executive fosters relationships, meets revenue goals, establishes leads, and works in a fast-paced environment. GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Make sales contacts, researching customer needs, and follow up on leads to drive revenue growth. Build and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business. Identify and qualify business opportunities in the Cincinnati area. Establish long-term, on-going relationships with clients that ensure repeat business. Meet or exceed established revenue and profit targets. Attend project meetings and provide proposals and estimates for clients. Establish, lead, and manage project teams effectively. Identify and resolve project-related issues to ensure smooth execution. Respond to RFQ’s (request for quotations) in a timely manner. Design and implement audio visual and security systems. Complete project takeoffs and estimates for all audio-visual projects. Create engineered drawings of using Visio, D-tools or CAD. Procure, manage, and provide oversight of all audio-visual systems installations. Interface with construction managers, owners, and direct customers for proper implementation of project. Participates in job site meetings, price change orders, and manages the completion of all close out documentation. Train direct labor force in the proper installation of audio visual systems.

 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required, depending on position.

Experience in audio-visual, access control, CCTV and intrusion detection system. PC & Networking proficiency (must know way around a computer). Ability to read and write schematics and architectural drawings. Capable of logically and systematically troubleshooting issues. Must possess excellent communications skills both verbally and in writing. Must be detail-oriented and possess great organizational skills. Must have strong work ethic. Ability to maintain a professional demeanor. Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and work well with others. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Valid Driver’s License.

 

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Must have the demonstrated ability to effectively communicate in English, cooperate, and collaborate with multiple levels of customers, employees.
