AV Product Marketing Assistant Manager

Position Summary

1. Improve the production line's operational capacity and efficiency to contribute to profit maximization.
2. Establish an optimal plan that enables supply of the required quantity in a timely manner in accordance with the customer request.
3. Regularly check the progress and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) based on the supply schedule to ensure a full supply.
4. Regularly manage the supply lead time and ensure timely supply of the product to customers to maximize customer satisfaction.

Role and Responsibilities

1. [Establishment of a Supply Plan] Create an optimized weekly supply plan for each product/customer request.
2. [Review of Production Execution] Monitor the stable execution of the established production plan and provide a timely response to any changes.
3. [Input Operation Management] Manage stable input while considering the constraint process based on the supply target.
4. [Production Indicator Management] Understand the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) required for progress management and carry out management tasks to achieve the target.
5. [Emergency Response] Execute backup plans to minimize customer impact in case of natural disasters (power outages, floods, earthquakes) or execution team excursions.
6. [Profit Maximization] Reduce TAT (Turnaround Time) and execute work-in-progress/inventory optimization in order to maximize sales.
7. [Master Data Review] Execute system-based supply management by promptly reflecting master data, including BOM Route, Capa constraint, all of which are essential production information, onto the system.

Skills and Qualifications

- Strong knowledge and experience with Product management & Planning
- Strong Planning, decision making and Execution capability in a fast paced electronics or FMCG industry.
- Strong Collaborative, Creative, resourceful& strategic minded.
- Independent, self-motivated with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good analytical skills and high adaptability in a fast moving environment.
- Possess a Degree preferably in Business, Marketing or the equivalent
- Excellent English Skills
