As part of our campus management team, you'll leverage your automotive service background to help us achieve Lincoln Tech's mission of providing superior education and training in a supportive environment. Responsibilities for an Education Supervisor + Supervise automotive faculty and monitor shop operations to ensure industry-standard practices + Recruit, select, orient, and train faculty with relevant automotive service experience + Develop staff professional growth opportunities that align with current industry trends and technologies + Manage faculty schedules and monitor absenteeism to maintain consistent shop operations + Provide excellent student service focused on real-world automotive skills and career readiness + Maintain inventory of automotive equipment, diagnostic tools, parts, and training materials to reflect current industry standards Requirements for an Education Supervisor + Associate degree in Automotive Technology or equivalent automotive service industry experience + 3+ years of hands-on automotive service experience in dealership, independent shop, or fleet maintenance environment + Knowledge of current automotive diagnostic equipment, repair procedures, and industry best practices + Experience with automotive parts inventory management and vendor relationships + ASE certifications preferred + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and automotive management software + 2+ years of teaching or training experience in automotive field, preferred + 1+ year(s) of automotive shop management or supervisory experience, preferred Full-Time Benefits + Medical, Dental, Vision + Life and Disability Insurance + 401(k) with Company Match + Paid Time Off and Holidays + Growth Opportunities About Us For over 75 years Lincoln Tech has been one of the nation's leading providers of career training in Healthcare, Automotive/Diesel, Skilled Trades, Information Technology, Cosmetology, and Culinary Arts.
